Right of withdrawal

1. In accordance with art. 64 and the Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer (namely a physical person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his / her professional activity, and he/her is  purchasing without making any VAT reference in the order form to Zanette Srl ), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason,  except what is indicated in point 3 below.

2. In order to exercise this right, the Customer must send a request by mail, in which will also indicate the bank coordinates necessary to return the sums paid;

Upon receipt of the mail, Zanette Srl will send to Customer always an e-mail with the authorization for the return of the product that must be made within 8 working days since the authorization.

3. The right of withdrawal shall be subject to the following indisputable conditions:

The right is applied to the product purchased in its entirety; It is not possible to pursue only for a part of the purchased product (eg accessories, software attachments, etc …);

The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and  equipment: manuals, cables,etc…); To limit the damages to the original packaging, we recommend, whenever possible, to insert it into a second box, avoiding in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product;

The goods subject to the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be returned in normal state of conservation, as they have been guarded and eventually used with  normal care: no products will be accepted which show signs of damage or dirt, and therefore they can no longer be considered integrals;

The shipment, up to the proof of receipt at our warehouses, is under the full responsibility of the customer;

In case of damage to the goods during shipment,  Zanette Srl will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days since the receipt of the goods in the warehouses) to allow him to promptly make a complaint against the courier that he choosed and obtain the refund of the value of the item (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;

Zanette Srl does not in any way respond to damages or stealing/ loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.
