Shipping costs

The shipping fees are those shown in the shopping cart, buying more items you will save on shipping, in case of multiple purchase we will send the total with the updated shipping costs.

We ship with the best national couriers SDA or GLS, the courier choice is at our sole discretion.

Shipment tracking

Shipments have a code that allows us to know where the products are sent. In order to have detailed information on shipping status, please send us an e-mail and we will reply in a very short time.

Packing and shipping times

Products, if available in stock, are shipped at most the next working day from payment.

Delivery address

The products will be sent to the account registration address.

Important!

Check externally the packaging integrity, verifying that there is no damage or tamperin. If any defect is found, tell the courier before signing the report that you accept the goods with conditional acceptance.

Zanette Srl does not dispatch to Mail Boxes and to companies providing home-based services.

For each order, Zanette Srl issues a receipt. In order to issue the invoice, the customer must send an e-mail before the purchase. No change in invoice will be possible after the invoice issue.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are explicitly stated at the moment of order execution. Payment conditions will be chosen by the customer during the order execution. No further expense or commission is due to Zanette Srl.

The delivery of ordered goods means to the living floor until a weight of 30Kg.

The goods travel with packaging made directly by the manufacturer or in suitably closed carton boxes.

The delivery times of the ordered goods are purely indicative and are published in the section “Delivery times of the courier”; delivery times may be subject to variations due to force majeure or due to the traffic and road conditions in general or by an Authority Act.

No liability can be charged to Zanette Srl in case of delays in ordering or delivering of ordered goods.

At the moment of  delivery  by the courier, at the customer is required to check:

– that the number of delivered packages corresponds to the quantity indicated in the invoice;

– that the packaging is intact, not damaged, neither wet nor otherwise altered;

Any external damage or non-compliance with the number of packages or indications must be immediately communicated to the courier carrying out the delivery, indicating the word “conditional acceptance” on the accompanying document and confirmed, within 8 days with a registered letter with a return receipt to the courier, whose address is specified on the accompanying document. In the specific case of damaged parcel write “conditional acceptance because the pack is damaged”. An application for anomalies is also required at Zanette Srl. Once the document has been signed by the courier, the Customer will not be able to object to the external features of the delivery. Despite the intact packaging, the goods must be verified within 8 days of receipt. Any occurring damage or anomaly must be reported in writing by registered letter with a return receipt to the courier, whose address is stated on the accompanying document.

Any report over the above terms will not be considered. For each declaration, the Customer assumes full responsibility for what is stated.

Delivery by express courier

In the case of delivery by express courier is included the delivery service to the living floor  for products with a weight until of 30Kg.

The standard delivery will take place at the following times: from 9:00 am to 1:00pm; from 14.00 pm to 18.00 pm, daily, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.

The courier makes the first delivery without prior notice. In the absence of the Customer, the courier leaves a notice and try again to deliver within 24 hours; In case of further absence,  the customer is contacted by the courier for the third attempt. If this also fails, the Customer will be contacted by Zanette Srl with whom he will define the details of the delivery. If the fourth attempt is not successful, the goods will be returned to Zanette Srl, with the consequent cancellation of the order and nothing will be due to the Customer.

Evasion and delivery times of the order

Order Evasion Times

With “order evasion times” is meant the time  from the completion of the order to the delivery of the product to the courier.

All orders containing the items available in the warehouse, for which the payment confirmation has been received until 12.00 noon, are consigned to the courier until the evening of the day after.

Usually the goods are delivered within 48 hours in Italy and withing 72 hours in Europe.
